- The maximum number of occupants must not exceed 4
- Children must be over the age of 8 but all children should be supervised due to the layout and location of the property
- The letting period is from arrival on Saturday 3 pm through to the following Saturday 10 am
- The rental price is from £395 to £650 per week fully inclusive of central heating, electricity, towels, bedlinen
- A £200 non refundable deposit is requested at the point of booking, with the balance payable 6 weeks prior to arrival
- Cancellation must be notified to us immediately by telephone. You are responsible for the full cost of hire minus any monies received from re-letting
- Boathouse Chalet is a no smoking property
- Sorry no pets
- You are held responsible for paying the replacement cost for loss or damage to furniture/items
